Frequent questions.
What counts as an “album”?
An album is one guest's gallery for one activity: all the photos, the memory video and optionally the certificate. It's created at check-in, the moment the guest is registered. You pay per guest and activity, not per photo.
When is an album billed?
At check-in. That's the moment the full infrastructure is set up for the guest: gallery, certificate, delivery pipeline and storage. If a guest backs out afterwards (cold feet, say), the album still counts, because the setup already happened. In practice this is rare.
What if a guest does several activities?
Each activity is its own album. If a guest does two activities back to back, that's two check-ins and two albums, each with its own gallery and (if set) its own activity price.
Are photos and videos billed the same?
By default an album is a flat rate, no matter how many photos and videos it holds. For very video-heavy activities (several large clips per guest) we can switch billing to per video, so the storage and transfer effort is reflected fairly. We set this per activity.
Is there a minimum term or setup fee?
No. Cancel monthly, no setup fee, no hardware obligation, no hidden costs. You only pay for that month’s albums.
